Coach Helix is an AI fitness and wellness coaching product. Content surfaced by the coaching engine is informational and educational. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified clinician before acting on anything coaching-related, especially if you have an underlying condition, are pregnant, or are managing a clinical diagnosis.

Wellness only — no disease risk markers

The HelixDNA parser intentionally extracts only wellness SNPs (caffeine metabolism, lactose, chronotype, vitamin D, etc.). It does not parse, store, or surface disease risk markers (BRCA, Huntington's, APOE-related Alzheimer's risk, etc.). This is a deliberate product boundary.

Hard limits

• No fasting recommendations longer than 72 hours.
• No coaching for users under 18.
• No coaching during pregnancy, active eating disorders, or Type 1 diabetes management.

Subscription

Premium and Premium+DNA tiers are recurring subscriptions billed via Apple In-App Purchase. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The first 100 waitlist members lock in early-bird pricing for the lifetime of their subscription.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (abuse, fraud, attempts to extract other users' data).

Liability

Coach Helix is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes resulting from following coaching content. Use your judgment.
